Set-up Times: 8:30am – 9:30am

Opening Times: 10am – 1pm

• You are welcome to drive on to the Green to unload from 8:30am.

• All vehicles must be removed from the Green and parked in the parking provided by 9:30am.

• We ask you to be ready to trade by 9:45am (in case of early birds)

• We kindly ask that you do not start packing down your stall until 1pm and you will

  not be allowed to bring vehicles back on site until this time.

Rules

Cost: £15 per market or £45 for all four (when paid in one transaction).

Upon confirmation of your space you will be sent payment details.

Please note: your booking will not be confirmed until payment is recieved.

By booking a pitch at Cavenham Farmers Market you agree to the following:

• All stalls are outside, and each trader is responsible for bringing their own gazebo, weights and tables. These must adhere to the commonly accepted health & safety practises expected of a market trader.

• There is no electrical supply available.

• While there will be bins for guests to dispose of their rubbish, all stallholders

  must dispose of their own waste.

• All stallholders must accept both cash and card payments.

• Any questions on the day must be directed towards an organiser who will be on

  site and wearing a high-vis jacket.

• Any instruction given by a volunteer (wearing a high-vis jacket) acting on behalf of the organiser must be adhered to.

• While you can offer things like free samples etc to drum up trade, we do ask you

  to only do this in front of your own stall. We do reserve the right to restrict this

  permission without notice.

• We ask that all packaging should be recyclable and should avoid plastic

  wherever possible

• Payment for your pitch is a donation towards the upkeep of Cavenham Green

  and is therefore non-refundable.
